Terms of use

The service

Aperture is an editor for creating, viewing, and exporting connected infinite zoom artwork. Creator subscriptions are billed through Stripe Checkout.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in secure and use content you have permission to upload and process. You retain your rights in material you provide. You authorize Aperture and its service providers to process that material to operate the features you request. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, or attempts to bypass access controls and usage limits.

AI-generated scenes

Generated content can contain mistakes, unexpected details, or similarities to other content. Review images and historical or religious depictions before sharing them. Aperture does not promise factual accuracy, exclusive output, or suitability for a particular use.

Plans and credits

All studio features require an active Creator subscription, including the demo, uploads, editing, playback, timelines, exports and cloud projects. Billing, account management and help remain accessible without a subscription. Existing cloud projects remain stored when studio access expires.

The plan price, currency, billing interval, and included credits are shown on the plan page and confirmed at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credits renew with each billing period and do not roll over. Draft, Standard, and High-detail images use 1, 2, and 4 credits respectively. Planning and image analysis also have request limits.

Confirmed failed generation requests return their reserved credits. Interrupted requests that cannot be confirmed may require review. Contact support with the project and approximate time if a request was charged without a usable result.

Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel renewal through the billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period shown in your account. Deleting the account cancels active subscriptions immediately and removes your workspace. Account deletion is separate from requesting a refund. Contact support about billing concerns; applicable mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Keeping your work

Use the export tools to keep independent copies of important projects. Network issues, browser storage limits, and service outages may interrupt work. Wait for cloud-save confirmation before closing the editor. Preview features may change as the product develops.
